Our refund policy for the National Pharmacists Convention 2025.

Transfer of Registration

If you cannot attend the NPC on the day, you may transfer your registration to another person (T&C apply). Kindly email us at npcregistration@mps.org.my as soon as possible at least 1 month prior to the event (26 June) so we can do all the necessary transfers.

Refund for Abstract Rejection

If your abstract is rejected and you do not wish to attend the convention without your abstract, you may get a refund (after any statutory deductions e.g., SST) by sending your request to npcregistration@mps.org.my and cc npc@mps.org.my.

Cancellation Policy

No refund for cancellation will be made after 26 June.
