HRDCorp Claim Process

Learn about the HRDCorp claim application process for NPC 2025 participants.

Eligibility

To be eligible for HRDCorp claims:

  • Your company must have been registered with HRD Corp for at least 1 year
  • Your company must have contributed to the HRDCorp fund
  • Claim limit: RM1300 per participant
  • Maximum 9 participants per day

Submission Details

Please include the following information in your submission:

  • Program Name: National Pharmacists Convention (NPC)
  • Organizer Name: Malaysian Pharmacists Society
  • Date: 25 - 27 July 2025
  • Location: Putrajaya Mariott Hotel
  • Program Schedule: Link
  • Trainer Profile: Link
  • HRD Corp Approval Letter: Link
  • Quotation/Invoice: Delegates can retrieve their invoices from the NPC website. Once payment is completed, the proof of payment can be uploaded under the 'Invoice' tab..
