Call For Abstracts
The Malaysian Pharmacists Society (MPS) invites you to contribute to the National Pharmacists Convention 2025 by submitting your abstract. This year’s theme offers an exciting opportunity for pharmacy professionals, researchers, and educators to share innovative ideas, research findings, and advancements in the field.

Publication Opportunity
Accepted abstracts may be published in the Digital Book of the convention and in the Malaysian Journal of Pharmacy (subject to review).
Submission Guidelines
Formatting & Structure
- Language: All abstracts must be written in English and free from grammatical errors.
- Approval: Obtain consent from all co-authors before including their names.
- Word Count: Limit your abstract to 300 words.
- Formatting: Use single spacing, 1-inch margins, and 12pt Calibri font.
- File Format: Only submissions in WORD format will be accepted (PDFs are not allowed).
Abstract Structure
- Title: Use title case (capitalize major words).
- Author Details: List names in Surname with initials, include affiliations and contact details. Underline and bold the presenting author’s name along with their email address.
- Background & Objective: Clearly state the study's hypothesis and goals.
- Method: Detail the experimental methods utilized.
- Results & Discussion: Present and interpret your findings concisely.
- Conclusion: Summarize the significance and implications of your study.

- No figures or tables should be included in your abstract.
- Submit your abstract by 30 May 2025, 5:00 PM MYT. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Accepted abstracts require all authors to be MPS members. Registration and payment must be completed by 30 June 2025 to secure your participation.
